Commissioning Process

Deposit
To protect both parties and to cover the cost of materials, a 50% upfront deposit is required, with the rest payable upon the completion of the project, prior to dispatch.

Design
To ensure each piece is tailored to your exact specifications, complimentary material samples and models are provided with each order. Before any making begins, a technical drawing will then be issued for sign-off. Once signed, any changes requested after this point are subject to charge, and will invalidate the original agreed completion date.

Care
All pieces are made out of the highest quality, organic materials that are noted for their ability to take on wear and develop a patina over time, and only natural hard wax oils are used, which can repeatedly be re-applied and cleaned to revive the finish of your piece for years to come.
More specific care advice will be provided in relation to each order.

Returns & Repairs

Please carefully inspect all pieces upon arrival and notify us of any damage or issues within 24 hours. Reports after this time frame will not be eligible for repair or replacement.
All pieces are guaranteed for one year for any workmanship defects, but due to the quality of materials and construction, they can be repaired after this, with the cost varying depending on the nature of the damage.
Returns are unfortunately not accepted on any bespoke items and M
arks will not be held responsible for any damage incurred through misuse.
