COPPICING THE FUTURE

Coppicing The Future is an ongoing project exploring how coppiced hazel - which is an excellent source of biodiveristy and carbon sequestration - can be used for contemporary pieces of domestic furniture. 

It launches with The Wattle Collection which has been completed as part of Marks' scholarship with Grown in Britain. Full outcomes will be released late 2025/ early 2026.
