A Tree Isn't Just for Christmas

Becoming an ad-hoc studio tradition and serving as an antidote to the season’s ephemeral nature, every January I gather some of the six million Christmas trees that are discarded after the festive period.
 

In 2022 the tree's trunk form a series of table's pedestal, and in 2023 a series of hooks was produced, each of which utilises the strong cellular structure that is created when a branch grows.
